Learn the ancient, magical craft of plant dyes

August 22nd-26th 2024

Troy, Montana

Join us for a long weekend in the beautiful summer landscape of Montana as we embark on a plant dye journey together. We will be communing outside by the garden as we learn the science of pre-treating our fabrics for dye (scouring & mordanting), dyeing with historical and cultural recipes of various different flowers, barks, and leaves, eco-printing with pressed flowers, learning to dye with indigo, painting with plants, and more!

Alongside all of the plant magic we will be brewing, there will be time and space for relaxing in the wood burning sauna, cold creek dips, solo time, clawfoot tub soaks, star gazing & frolicking around in the meadow!

Breakfast and dinner will be provided and cooked with organic & local fresh ingredients to nourish our bodies for the time we are together. We will be sharing these meals as a group together outside in the beautiful outdoor kitchen.
